2023 Brampton Urban Design Awards

Building Design - Private Mixed Use

Primont was honoured with an Award of Merit by the City of Brampton at the 2023 Brampton Urban Design Awards. We took home best Private Residential Building Design for M Condos. The first of several illustrious buildings, M Condos is comprised of 8 storeys and 75 units, beautifully landscaped with an attractive stone facade. Inside, features include generous, light-filled bedrooms, bright, open kitchens with chef-inspired finishes, and brilliant amenities like a welcoming lobby, a fully equipped fitness centre and multi-purpose room. M Condos was conceived with the urban family in mind and brings breakthrough design and architecture to Brampton’s beautiful Mount Pleasant community.
