SXSW Spring 2026 Construction Update
Summer doesn’t mean a break at SXSW in Vaughan. Across the community, homeowners are settling into Towers 1 and 2, amenities are open for residents to enjoy, and construction continues at Hillmont and the Ravine Towns.
Here’s a look at the latest progress across SXSW this summer.

Towers 1 and 2
Towers 1 and 2 have reached an exciting milestone, with homeowners now settling in and beginning to experience life at SXSW.
With the lobby complete and residents moving in, the buildings are becoming an active part of the community. Indoor amenities, including the gym, are ready for use, while outdoor amenity spaces are open for residents to enjoy throughout the summer.
Final work continues throughout the buildings as the last details are completed.

Hillmont
Construction continues at Hillmont, where Towers 3 and 4 are steadily rising and becoming a more prominent part of the SXSW skyline.
Work is progressing throughout both towers, with construction moving ahead on the building exteriors and interiors. As work continues, Towers 3 and 4 are moving closer to their next major construction milestones.
Ravine Towns
The Ravine Towns continue to grow, with residents already calling the townhomes home and construction now underway on additional blocks.
Our model home is open for visitors to explore the layouts, finishes and features available within the townhome collection. A new release of townhomes is also currently available for those looking to make SXSW home.

A Community Coming Together
With homeowners settling in, amenities open and new construction underway, there’s plenty happening across SXSW this summer.
As work continues across Hillmont and the Ravine Towns, each month brings another part of the SXSW community closer to completion.
