Construction of all units has been completed and exterior landscaping work is to commence shortly.

Some minor exterior cladding work is being completed and interior finishes continue as we work toward our last scheduled closings in September.

Minor interior finishes remain for a few units that are scheduled to close in early summer. The site has started final grading and top soil on the remaining lots, with placing of sod to continue through July.

Foundation work for the first construction release has been completed with exterior framing work well underway. Exterior brick work has started.

All slab on grade work has been completed and work on the below grade parking structure is forecasted to be completed in August. The structure will advance above the ground floor in the coming weeks.

Framing is well underway for one block of urban townhouses, while exterior masonry is complete for three blocks of urban townhouses and nearing completion on the first block of conventional townhouses. Interior finishes are underway as we prepare for our first occupancies.

The drilling of interior caissons is complete and the installation of the perimeter shoring tiebacks and some excavation work has started. Below grade parking structure will continue to advance through the summer.
