Joshua Creek Construction Update
There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at Joshua Creek in Oakville as we continue preparing the community for its final phase.
Blocks 199, 205 to 220, and 259 to 266 are now complete, with curbs and sidewalks currently being installed. Landscaping and driveway basecoats will follow shortly, helping bring the streetscape to life. Blocks 240 to 249 are in the queue for upcoming construction, with preparations underway.
The community park is also progressing through early planning stages—we’ll share more details as that work moves forward.

SXSW Construction Update
Exciting progress is being made at SXSW in Vaughan, located at Steeles and Islington.
At Tower 1, concrete has been poured up to level 32, while Tower 2 has reached the mechanical penthouse level. Window installation continues steadily, now up to level 17 in Tower 1 and level 21 in Tower 2. Framing is underway inside both towers, and rough-ins have reached level 15 in Tower 1 and level 33 in Tower 2. Work on the amenity spaces is also in progress, with framing now started.
Over at Hillmont, construction on the underground parking levels continues, with P3 substantially complete and P2 partially poured.
