Tree removal and site alteration work have cleared and graded the land, preparing the site for future roads, infrastructure and homes.
These early stages are essential to preparing the property for residential development, allowing construction to progress to underground servicing.
What's Happening Now: Deep Servicing Underway
Deep servicing is now underway at Wasaga Walk, focusing on the installation of essential underground systems, including sanitary sewers, stormwater infrastructure and watermains.
While much of this work happens below the surface, it plays a critical role in establishing the infrastructure needed for the community. This phase will support future utility connections, road construction and residential development.

Late 2026 to Early 2027 | Utility and Civil Servicing
Additional servicing work is anticipated to continue into early 2027, including utility connections and improvements needed to support the future neighbourhood.
Following Servicing | Road Construction
Once the required servicing is finished, work is expected to begin on the community's road network, establishing the streets and connections that will serve future residents.
Late Q1 to Early Q2 2027 | Home Construction
Construction of the first homes is currently anticipated to begin in late Q1 to early Q2 2027, starting with excavation and basement digging before progressing to foundations and homebuilding.
Late Summer to Early Fall 2027 | First Homeowner Occupancies
Wasaga Walk is targeting its first homeowner occupancies for late summer to early fall 2027, marking an exciting milestone for the community and its future residents.
